Technology
Engineered
from the fibre up.
Arc, flame and anti-static protection built into every fabric in the range, with hi-vis in the HV Yellow and HV Orange colourways, then cut like performance sportswear. Kit that protects on paper and gets worn properly on site.
The system
Four protections.
One system.
Every fabric in the range is tested for arc, flame and anti-static performance, and the HV Yellow and HV Orange fabrics for high visibility, so whatever combination an operative wears, the protection stays consistent from base layer to shell.
Arc protection
Built for the flash.
An arc flash releases intense heat and light in a fraction of a second. Every S.HENRY fabric is arc tested by both methods: the open-arc test, which gives ELIM and ATPV, and the box test, which gives a class.
Fabric test data. Garment figures are published once garment certification is complete.
How arc ratings workFlame resistant
Protection in the fibre.
Flame resistance is built into the fibres, not added as a coating, so it doesn't wash out. FR thread, zips and hook & loop carry it through the whole garment, so no part of it becomes the weak point.
How flame ratings workAnti-static
Nowhere for charge to build.
A carbon fibre runs through every fabric in the range. Static dissipates instead of building to a spark, which matters anywhere there's gas, fuel vapour or flammable dust.
Worn fastened, as the outer layer, with dissipative footwear.

Details that
do the work.
The protection is in the fabric. The difference is in how it's put together.

Certification
Protection isn't
a marketing claim.
S.HENRY takes a compliance-first approach. Fabrics are tested and certified first; each finished garment then goes through its own certification before it is released for supply.
