Modern Slavery Statement
S.HENRY is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chain.
Our commitment
Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We do not tolerate it in any form, in our own business or in the supply chain behind our garments.
- We expect everyone we work with to share this commitment and to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the other laws that apply to them.
- We will look into any concern raised with us and act on what we find, which can include ending a business relationship.
- We will review this statement as our business grows.
About this statement
Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement from organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more. S Henry Ltd is below that threshold and publishes this statement voluntarily.
