Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains what we have done and what to do if you have difficulty using the site.

Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. When we design and build pages we:

• use real text with a clear heading structure, rather than text in images;
• check colour contrast for text and controls against the guidelines;
• make sure all links, buttons, menus and forms can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
• label form fields and describe errors in text;
• provide text descriptions for meaningful images;
• respect the reduced motion setting on your device;
• build layouts that work at different screen sizes and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

• Checkout is provided by our shop platform, Shopify, and is outside our direct control.
• Some product photographs may not yet have full text descriptions.
• Technical documents, such as test reports and declarations of conformity, may be provided as PDF files that are not fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide the information in another format.
