Issued by us in writing only after successful certification, once compliance, sizes, price and availability are agreed. Only then is it invoiced and dispatched.

- 03Confirmed purchase orderAfter successful certification, we confirm compliance, sizes, price, availability and lead time in writing.
- 04Payment receivedWe invoice the confirmed order. Payment is made on the terms we agree with you.
- 05Certified and ready for dispatchCertified garments are dispatched to your delivery address. Delivery dates are confirmed with you, never assumed.
