What we collect
- Details you give us when you get in touch, make an enquiry, book a site visit, register interest or place an order, such as your name, company, email, phone number, address and message.
- Order details, such as what you buy, delivery and billing addresses and, for trade accounts, invoicing details. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see your full card number.
- Website data, such as your IP address, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and arrange site visits (our legitimate interests, or because you asked us to).
- To process, deliver and support your order (to carry out our contract with you).
- To keep tax and accounting records, and to send product safety notices or recalls (because the law requires it).
- To tell you when a garment you registered interest in is available (because you asked us to).
- To send updates and news, only if you opt in (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To run and secure our website and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).
You don't have to give us your details, but we need them to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order. We never sell your data, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the business: Shopify, which runs our website and checkout; payment providers; delivery companies; IT, email and web services, including Google Fonts; and professional advisers such as our accountant. We also share data where the law requires it. Some of these providers, including Shopify, process data outside the UK, protected by safeguards approved under UK law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years after we last speak, unless you become a customer.
- Orders and accounts: six years, for tax and accounting.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy to take elsewhere. Email sales@shenryworkwear.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
